2) What courier do you use to ship your items and how much is the shipping fee?

Air 21 – Next day delivery. Head over to this page for more info regarding shipping fees.

3) Do you do meet-ups/cash on delivery/pick-ups?

Yes. The only pick-up point is Robinson’s Galleria and your order is worth at least PHP 5,000.

4) Do you ship outside Metro Manila?

Yes. We are always excited to do business with customers all over the Philippines. However, please be informed that the shipping cost may be slightly different. Kindly check the “Rate” page of Air21 to give you an idea. All items are coming from Pasig City.

5) Do you ship outside the Philippines?

No. Sorry.

6) Where is your store? Where can I visit it?

We don’t have a physical store yet, just an online shop.

7) When will I receive the items?

When your payment arrives before 12noon, your item(s) will be shipped within the day and you get to receive it the next working day.

8 ) How to order?

Go to Products Page > Choose the item > Add to Cart > Checkout.

9) Do you entertain wholesalers and resellers of your products?

At the moment, no. Most of our products are extremely limited.

10) Can I cancel my order?
Yes, of course. Just contact us anytime. However, if we already processed your order, like we already received and shipped out your items, we won’t be able to cancel it anymore.

11) I received an incorrect item, do you accept returns?
