PACKING:
All orders are carefully packed to guarantee safe transit to your location. We usually ship within the day or the day after payment arrives. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number when your order has been shipped.
OUR COURIER:
Air21 is the authorized dispatcher of Laarnaay’s Boutique. Their Sulight Large Pouch packaging has been designed particularly for shipments less than 3KG.
You should receive your purchase within a period of two days. We would inform you if there is an additional delay via SMS or E-mail. To track your order, enter its reference number on the “track” section of the site of Air21.com.ph.
Please be certain that there is someone at recipient’s address to accept and acknowledge your items. Air21 requires signature upon delivery.
RATES:
Shipping fee will be informed in the invoice that will be sent to your email account within 24 hours. Reservation is good for 2 days only. Cut off time is 12noon, Mondays to Saturdays so we can ship your item(s) within the day. Please be informed that we do not ship on Sundays and Holidays.

RETURN POLICY & PROCEDURE:
Buyer can only return an item for refund or exchange if the item shipped was incorrect or the error was ours. If you receive an incorrect order you must contact us within three (3) business days on the day or the day after you’ve received the item, and we are allowing you to ship return the item within five (5) days.
We will refund you for your purchase (minus the shipping fee), as long as the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns, please pack well.
Buyer is responsible for shipping the returns and at their own expense.
